Welcome to the Ment Inc. app (the "App"), operated by Ment Projects Inc. ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using our App, you must agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use (the "Terms").

The App provides a platform designed to facilitate connections between mentors and mentees (the "Service"). Our Service includes:

• Profile Creation: Users can create profiles to showcase their skills, expertise, and interests.
• Matching: The App uses algorithms to match mentors with mentees based on shared interests, goals, and other relevant criteria.
• Communication Tools: Users can communicate through in-app messaging channel.

The goal of Ment is to provide a centralized platform that fosters meaningful mentorship relationships, supports professional and personal development, and creates a supportive community for all users. While we strive to provide a reliable and beneficial Service, we do not guarantee specific outcomes from the mentoring relationships formed through the App.

3. Mentor and Mentee Interaction
The App facilitates connections between mentors and mentees. We do not endorse or verify the qualifications of any mentor or mentee. Users are solely responsible for their interactions and any consequences thereof. We recommend taking appropriate precautions in all interactions.

4. Account Registration
To access certain features of our App, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

5. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, infringing, obscene, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
• Use the App to distribute unsolicited promotional or commercial content or spam.

• Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you post, upload, or otherwise make available through the App. By providing content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your content in connection with operating the App.
• Our Content: We own all rights, title, and interest in and to the App and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and software. You may not use our content without our prior written permission.

14. Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Policy
Ment Projects Inc. strictly prohibits any content or behavior involving child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE) on the Ment platform. This includes, but is not limited to:

Grooming or attempting to establish an inappropriate relationship with a minor

Sharing, soliciting, or engaging with any sexually explicit material involving minors

Sextortion, trafficking, or any act that endangers the safety and wellbeing of children

We have a zero-tolerance policy toward CSAE and are committed to promptly removing any such content and permanently banning users involved. Where appropriate, we will report such violations to the relevant law enforcement agencies and organizations such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
